Training really has too many benefits to be seen as a frill. It is an investment in your company and the people who work there. Find a corporate trainer that fits with your company culture and watch your investment prosper.

The school child, from the very first grade of school, if not earlier, is faced with pressure in his or her life. Pressure does not lessen as they progress. It increases. And so does the input we were discussing before. Pressure from others, from their “peers” and teachers, and athletics, and home life, and any other organization the young are taking part in, during their formative formal school years, (And let me tell you, that is a long list these days!)all affect both his deportment and his mind.
